We will be offering various specialty Pierogi stuffed with some of your favorite fillings in the near future.
We'll start with Blueberry. Please contact the parish if you have other suggestions for us to consider.
Not to be outdone, there are recipes provided by our friends with other ethnic backgrounds, Greek, Italian, Irish, French, etc. Several recipes are also included from our strict vegetarian (Vegan) friends. Just looking through the pages of the book is enough to make anyone’s mouth water.
The books are available for sale at $12 per copy; at the parish center every Sunday after Mass from 11 a.m. until 12:00 noon along with our weekly pierogi and golabki sale, or you can arrange to purchase one or more copies by contacting us at:

The first edition of our Parish cookbook entitled “A Taste of Heaven” is currently available for sale The book, pictured here, contains 323 recipes printed on 133 pages divided into sections for appetizers and beverages; soups and salads; vegetables; main dishes; breads and rolls; desserts and miscellaneous.
To be sure there are many traditional Polish recipes including everyone’s favorites: pierogi (with three different fillings), stuffed cabbage (golabki), cabbage soup (kapusta) and many others.
